Major New Features

1. 2025-2026 Curriculum Year Advancement

  • We have enabled the ability to begin work on the 2025-2026 curriculum year across the system.

2. New Curriculum Year Options

We have added a new feature when initializing a new curriculum year:

  • "Start from Scratch" option now available

    • Allows creation of a completely new curriculum year without carrying forward previous data

    • Clears out the following components:

      • Course Lists

      • General Education Patterns

      • Micro Credentials

      • Manual Additions and Corrections

    • If you select this option, you will need to recreate all of your general education patterns and course lists. You will also need to replace all of the course lists in your maps.

  • Previous curriculum year data remains intact and accessible
